Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a FAIR Inspector to complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to AS9102 requirements and collaborate with Customers to resolve issues. You will inspect complex machined parts using CMMs & other equipment and prepare documentation for approvals.

Based onsite in New Port Richey, FL, the role reports to the Quality Supervisor within the Quality Assurance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inspection experience in Aerospace, Military, or Machining Manufacturing ISO9001/AS9100 environments.
• 2+ years of experience completing AS-9102 First Article inspections using DISCUS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Must have color vision and ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review materials and process certifications identified on drawings, PO, and customer flow down specifications; verify parts meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to obtain information for FAIR reports.
• Perform final dimensional and visual inspections across all three Value Streams (Air, Hydraulics, Elements) to ensure compliance.
