Job summary

Quest Global in Enfield, CT seeks a Quality Engineer to review aero-engine component quality requirements and assemble the FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION REPORT (FAIR) package for OEM acceptance, per AS9102 Rev C. The role requires creating the FAIR in Net-Inspect, verifying calibration of inspection tools, and maintaining quality records for audits.

Responsibilities include data analysis, documentation, and generating continuous improvement ideas while working on-site in our Connecticut

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Technical Degree (mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, quality) preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years relevant experience.
• Quality engineering certifications (DQR, CQT, CQE, CQI, Audit) noteworthy.

Responsibilities

• Review quality requirements for aero-engine components and prepare FAIR package for OEM acceptance.
• Create and verify FAIR using Net-Inspect; ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Spot, segregate, and document non-conforming materials; support others.
• Collaborate with project team; provide status and improvement ideas.
