Job summary

Interconnect Solutions Company is seeking a qualified inspector to complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) per AS9102, collaborating with Quality, NPI, and Engineering teams.

The role requires review of drawings and documents, use of inspection tools, and strong attention to detail to ensure conformance with procedures and customer requirements. High school diploma and aerospace exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of AS9102 FAIRs.
• Experience with quality systems AS9100/ISO9001.
• Ability to read assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with IPC standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete AS9102 FAIRs per customer and industry requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, travelers, BOMs, and supplier certifications for FAIRs.
• Verify the FAI parts with inspection gauges, measuring tools, microscope, and camera.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report hazards.
• Be punctual and adhere to standard work schedules.
• Flexible to work additional hours to meet orders and deadlines.
• Meet challenging time targets to satisfy customer demands.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
