Job summary

Qualifications

• Execute First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9100/AS9102 and internal quality standards.
• Produce FAIRs and AS9102 documentation (Form 1, 2, 3) for new product introductions and changes.
• Inspect in-process and finished aerospace assemblies against drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full assembly FAIs across high-reliability electronic and mechanical product lines.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and specifications with QA and production management.
• Coordinate collection and validation of supplier certifications and material test reports.
