Aerospace FAIR Inspector — First Article QC Expert

Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a FAIR Inspector to perform first article inspections and ensure compliance with AS9102 requirements. You will inspect complex parts using CMM, micrometers, calipers, and optical devices, and work with customers to resolve FAIR-related issues at the New Port Richey, FL site.

The role reports to the Quality Supervisor and requires access to export-controlled data, with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of inspection experience in Aerospace/ISO9001/AS9100 environment.
• Experience performing AS-9102 First Article inspections using DISCUS software.

Responsibilities

• Review materials and process certifications on Drawings, POs and Customer Flow Down specifications.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design and Operations to obtain information for First Article Inspection Reports.
• Perform final dimensional and visual inspections for three Value Streams (Air, Hydraulics, Elements).
