Moog is seeking a Finish/Deburr Technician for 2nd/3rd shift onsite in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on removing burrs and finishing parts to meet aerospace specifications, with attention to quality and safety requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months of related experience, preferably in a machine shop, and must comply with FAA safety programs. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered, and 2nd/3rd shift includes a 10% differential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; ability to understand and apply verbal and written work instructions.
• At least 3 months of related experience including deburring/finishing in a machine shop.

Responsabilités

• Remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections from machined components to meet specs.
• Inspect finished parts for defects or irregularities affecting performance or compliance.
• Support durability by ensuring proper finishing before inspection or assembly.
• Help prevent failures by ensuring parts are free of excess material and defects.
• Prepare parts for next production stage ensuring cleanliness and readiness for inspection or shipment.
