Job summary

RTX is seeking an entry-level Finance Program Cost Controls Analyst (P1) in Tucson, AZ, to join the AIM-9X Development and Integration Finance team. You will gain hands-on exposure to EVMS, EAC processes, and monthly close while supporting multiple contracts across development and international projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or related field and offers a path to grow within a fast-paced defense finance environment. U.S.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Math or related field or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Understanding of basic financial principles which include forecasting and/or budgeting.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide financial support to program teams including working with weekly cost reports, supporting earned value management execution, developing periodic estimates at complete (EACs), and supporting contractual financial deliverables.
Provide support to a broad portfolio of contracts across development, platform integration, and international projects.
This role will be subjected to the full program life cycle for contract financial support.
Various other ad-hoc requests as needed to support both the program team as well as the broader program finance team.
