Align Aerospace LLC is seeking an experienced Aerospace Fastener Sales professional to drive growth, manage pricing and close major OEM deals. You will build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and leverage cutting-edge tools to stay ahead in a fast-paced market.

You’ll lead product-expansion efforts into OEM fastener markets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; aerospace sales experience valued.
• Solid track record in sales, customer service and relationship building.
• Experience with OEM/distribution channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing and margins decisions to drive competitive quotes.
• Work fast-paced, dynamic environment and stay ahead of the competition.
• Grow product lines by expanding into OEM fastener markets.
• Close major deals with targeted OEMs, suppliers and manufacturers.
• Provide top-notch customer support and expert product knowledge.
• Manage end-to-end order process from quotations to expediting.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality by following policy standards and procedures.
