Job summary

Hadrian is seeking an entry-level Factory Technician (2nd Shift) to support our growing manufacturing operations in Mesa, AZ. You will receive thorough on-the-job training across multiple stations, with emphasis on precision inspection and assembly techniques essential to aerospace and defense manufacturing.

The role emphasizes learning and following training procedures over prior industry experience, with shift hours Monday–Friday 3:30 pm–12 am PT.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow training procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods either seated or standing.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with hand or pneumatic tools is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Material Prep: receive and cut to size raw metal using bandsaw and basic metrology tools.
• Tool Crib: assemble/dis-assemble machine tools, use pre-setters, verify angles and measurements.
• Part-Mark: serialize machined parts using laser, epoxy, or ink techniques.
• Shipping & Receiving: send out parts and inspect parts returning from processing.
• Rework: perform small adjustments to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
