Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Factory Technician for the 2nd shift in Mesa, AZ, to rotate through Central Operations stations while training to prepare and inspect machined parts. This entry-level role emphasizes learning and following procedures in a fast-moving aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

You will gain on-the-job training across five stations, with a typical shift from 3:30 pm to 12 am PT, and opportunities to contribute to precision inspection and parts handling as you develop your

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow rigid training procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Central Operations stations during training.
• Assist with material prep, tool crib, part-mark, shipping/receiving, and rework tasks.
• Support precision inspection and dimensional checks as procedures require.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
