Job summary

Hadrian is hiring a Factory Technician for 2nd shift in the Los Angeles area. This entry level role focuses on rotating through machining stations, learning processes, and ensuring parts meet specifications through on‑the‑job training.

The candidate will work Sunday to Thursday evenings, gain exposure to material prep, tool crib, part marking, shipping, and rework, and participate in a growing manufacturing footprint for aerospace and defense projects.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn precision inspection techniques and follow training procedures.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Central Operations with 5 stations, learning each process on the job.
• Handle material prep, bandsaw cutting, and basic metrology tasks.
• Assist with tool crib duties, setup and measurement checks.
• Process serialization of machined parts using various methods.
• Support shipping/receiving and perform small rework adjustments as needed.
