Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints.
• 5+ years in aerospace assembly.
• Strong knowledge of hardware installation, tapping, and torque specs.
• Ensure products meet engineering and quality requirements.
• English communication skills.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Prior aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware per blueprints and MOT.
• Inspect products for damage and conformance to specifications.
• Verify hardware meets MOT and blueprint requirements.
• Chase threaded holes and perform bonding operations.
• Identify and tag nonconforming items for inspection.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervision.
