Job summary

Modern Industries in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a detail‑oriented assembler for a 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 2:30pm–1am) to assemble, fabricate and certify parts and subassemblies to meet exact tolerances and blueprints.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–3 years in manufacturing. Candidates should have basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills, plus basic computer skills and manual dexterity; aerospace tooling knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate and clean parts to subassemblies and complete units.
• Test, calibrate, inspect and certify parts to meet tolerances and blueprints.
• Epicor verification buy off and stamp hard card, In-Process inspection/ verification all test certs are in hard card.
