Job summary
Janicki Industries in Hamilton, WA seeks a Sr. Director of Enterprise Systems to own the enterprise systems landscape, including SAP S/4HANA and PLM. You will lead governance, strategy, and cross-functional delivery for ERP and engineering data across the organization.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in enterprise systems, strong SAP/PLM expertise, and a track record of leading large technology programs in aerospace manufacturing. U.S.
Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise systems with ERP implementations (SAP preferred).
- Deep PLM and engineering data knowledge (BOM, E-BOM to M-BOM).
- Experience managing SAP partners and software vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in IS/Engineering/Business or related.
- Experience in aerospace/regulated manufacturing.
- US citizenship or legal permanent resident; ability to obtain security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap, and governance for SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and related apps.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation through completion with stakeholders.
- Direct BIS and Engineering Systems teams, aligning roadmaps.
- Establish data governance for master data and BOM structures.
- Drive change management and training across directors and managers.
