Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or eligibility for security clearance.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with scheduling/ERP is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support daily schedule and budget inquiries from program and operations management.
• Assist with level-loading cells to maintain accurate schedule status.
• Perform material reconciliation for accounting and project tracking.
• Maintain project schedules in the PDM system with templates or MBOMs.
• Communicate schedule needs with project managers and engineers; generate PDFs.
• Run basic reports and participate in meetings to update status.
