Job summary

Janicki Industries in Layton, UT is seeking a Program Planner to lead scheduling and budget planning for aerospace programs. The role uses SAP Project Management to create and maintain project schedules, track costs, and support project teams.

You will work with PMs, Operations, and customers to ensure on-time delivery, manage critical paths, and provide regular status reporting. A bachelor’s degree and scheduling software experience (MS Project, Primavera, SAP) are preferred; U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident required.
• Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or SAP.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Equivalent work experience in manufacturing, logistics and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules in SAP and other tools.
• Define critical path and monitor schedule and budget performance.
• Communicate with PMs and Operations about schedule needs.
• Generate reports on project cost and schedule performance.
• Support leading large projects with customers and management.
