Job summary

Janicki Industries, Inc. in Bellingham, WA seeks a Program Planner to support project schedules and budgets using SAP Project Management.

You will collaborate with PMs, Operations, and Accounting to track costs, timelines, and resource loading for aerospace and manufacturing projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering/management or related field, and experience with SAP, Microsoft Project or Primavera; PMP and ERP exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience with scheduling software such as SAP, MS Project or Primavera; PMP and ERP experience preferred.
• Equivalent work experience in manufacturing/logistics considered in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintains project schedules in SAP, defining critical path and tracking budget and schedule performance.
• Update SAP plans, budgets, schedules and work centers; adjust activities as needed.
• Communicate with PMs and Operations about schedule needs and link work products to activities.
• Create reports on project cost and schedule performance.
• Meet with PMs and customers to provide schedule support on large projects.
• Handle invoicing of milestone costs and assist in sales proposals and cost estimating.
