Job summary

Ontic is a leading aerospace OEM seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through production, ensuring compliance with aerospace quality, regulatory, cost, and schedule requirements. The role oversees NPI, transfers, obsolescence management, qualification testing, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of engineering or technical project management in aerospace/regulated industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering development projects.
• Knowledge of aerospace product development lifecycle.
• Experience with engineering change management (ECO/ECN) and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from initiation through production implementation.
• Coordinate engineering activities and ensure compliance with AS9100 FAA/military requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Present progress and project health to leadership and customers.
• Drive continuous improvements in project execution and processes.
