Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 7+ years of engineering or technical project management in aerospace/regulated industries.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering development projects.
- Knowledge of aerospace product development lifecycle.
- Experience with engineering change management (ECO/ECN) and configuration management.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering projects from initiation through production implementation.
- Coordinate engineering activities and ensure compliance with AS9100 FAA/military requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Present progress and project health to leadership and customers.
- Drive continuous improvements in project execution and processes.
