Job summary

Ontic is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering Manager for its Chatsworth, CA site. This role leads the Manufacturing and Process Engineers within the Microwave Systems and MRO Value Stream, delivering technical outcomes across the full program lifecycle and coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will drive manufacturing efficiency, design for manufacturing, and manage technical interfaces while ensuring compliance with FAA guidelines and contractual

Qualifications

• Strong System Engineering skills with 7-10 years’ experience.
• Project management skills with customer facing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams within Microwave Systems & MRO Value Stream.
• Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with customer requirements and contracts.
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams and IPTs.
