Job summary

Qualifications
- Effective communication and ability to write clear, concise technical reports.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical reviews of new products.
- Develop manufacturing planning for products, including BOM; modify as needed.
- Improve/modify current designs to mitigate obsolescence issues.
- Design assembly/test tooling and shop aids as needed.
- Prepare and update technical manuals, Service Letters and Service Bulletins.
- Assist in supplier evaluation and technical problem resolution.
- Support Customer Service and Sales with technical expertise.
- Troubleshoot assembly/test issues and participate in concurrent engineering.
