Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Engine Control Systems Technical Lead - Aerospace in Indianapolis, hybrid schedule. You will lead a team of engineers supporting AE engine control programs, guiding them through the full lifecycle from planning to service release.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with customers and stakeholders, and experience with DO-178/ARP4754 or similar certifications. Relocation is available and U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 2+ years of system or software development experience.
• Master’s degree in STEM or PhD in STEM may substitute for experience.
• US Citizenship is required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team through system/software development phases from planning to service release per ARP4754/DO-178.
• Communicate a clear view of technical activities and risks to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet program cost and schedule.
