Job summary

Xanfab Space, an Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider in SeaTac, WA, seeks an Account Manager to oversee daily commercial relationships, manage quotes, orders, delivery tracking, and pricing updates. The role collaborates with production, quality, and engineering to ensure accurate status and proactive communication.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and experience with ERP/MES/CRM tools and Excel. On-site position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing commercial role
• Experience managing RFQs and preparing quotes
• Able to track multiple orders and communicate status changes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with ERP/MES/CRM tools and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts on business and commercial matters, ensuring proactive communication on quotes and status
• Coordinate RFQs with Engineering, Operations, and Materials/Supply Chain to gather inputs and issue quotations
• Monitor open orders against delivery dates and flag schedule changes to customers
• Track pricing changes and update quotes and pricing to customers; document final pricing
• Maintain organized records of POs, quotes, pricing history, and correspondence
• Collaborate daily with Operations, Production Control, and Engineering for status updates
• Prepare and present account status reports for quotes, orders, and at-risk deliveries
