Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in Account Management, Commercial Operations, or related fields.
• Experience supporting RFQs, pricing, margin analysis, and complex customer issues.
• Experience working cross-functionally within manufacturing and with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costs, pricing, and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the escalation point for complex customer delivery, backlog, pricing, and commercial concerns.
• Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Estimating to develop recovery plans.
• Support Account Specialists through difficult customer conversations to resolution.
• Own the daily RFQ process from request through cost reviews and pricing recommendations.
• Develop pricing recommendations using costs, gross margin, forecasts, and demand.
• Analyze backlog, delivery performance, revenue, profitability, and scorecards to identify risks.
• Track quote outcomes and maintain win/loss reporting to improve quoting effectiveness.
• Support annual pricing reviews and margin-improvement initiatives.
