The Electronic Technician provides production support, troubleshooting, and testing of electronic hardware to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in technical field or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of electronic product troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of microprocessor based control systems.
• Strong background in analog and digital circuitry.
• Familiar with electronic theorems, laws, and equations.
• Methodical troubleshooting approach.
• Ability to efficiently isolate problems and drive root cause.
• Strong problem solving skills and written communication capability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic hardware to the component level and resolve malfunctions with data-driven evidence.
• Document repair hardware to operational state and verify at sub-circuit, assembly, and end-item levels.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement root cause and corrective actions.
• Execute production testing and troubleshooting to component level.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams and PCB layouts.
