Triumph Electronics Group in West Hartford, CT is seeking an Electronics Technician, Operations Support, to provide production support for electronic hardware, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production challenges. The role requires an Associate Degree or equivalent, 5+ years in electronic troubleshooting, and a strong background in analog/digital circuitry.

Proficiency with MS Office and test equipment is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years electronic product troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of microprocessor based control systems.
• Strong background in analog and digital circuitry.
• Familiar with electronic theorems, laws, and equations.
• Methodical troubleshooting approach.
• Ability to efficiently isolate problems and drive root cause.
• Strong problem solving skills and written communication capability.
• Team player, cross functional collaboration.
• Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic hardware down to the component level to identify root causes.
• Document repair steps and verify operation at sub-circuit and end-item levels.
• Work with Engineering to implement root cause and corrective actions.
• Execute production testing, verify product, and document results.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams and PCB layouts.
