Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and refine hardware for test stations, ensuring alignment with program goals and requirements. You will analyze system needs and develop architectural approaches, delivering both high-level and detailed designs for complex hardware systems.

Role involves collaborating with suppliers, integrating products at STL and remote sites, and validating designs through tests and peer reviews.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in engineering, mathematics, or physics.
• Ability to obtain a US Department of Defense security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine hardware designs and architectures for test stations, ensuring alignment with program requirements.
• Analyze customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and specifications.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements.
• Support supplier management with make/buy decisions and fabrication services.
• Integrate products for new systems and upgrades at STL and remote locations.
• Validate designs via analysis, peer review, and standalone testing.
• Provide engineering support throughout the lifecycle of SIL products.
