Job summary

Aegis Aerospace in Webster, TX, seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and test electrical hardware for spaceflight programs including ISS payloads and NASA missions. This is a 2-year contract with a fixed 29-hour weekly schedule: onsite Monday–Wednesday and remote Thursday, offering a hybrid setup and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• 5+ years in spaceflight or high-reliability product development.
• Experience with PCB design, schematic development, and Altium.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into electrical hardware specifications.
• Design circuits, PCBs, interfaces and supporting hardware.
• Perform analyses, trades and verification for compliant designs.
• Develop documentation, schematics and hardware drawings.
• Support PCB design and testing using Altium or equivalent.
