Job summary

RTX in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking an Electrical Components Engineer to guide the circuit card design process from development to production. You will interface with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver robust, producible electronics for weapon-system products.

The role requires a STEM degree and hands-on experience in circuit design/analysis, with strong communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders. Onsite employment with relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience in circuit design, circuit analysis, or related areas such as digital/analog hardware.
• Familiarity with PCB design and power/RF concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure use of cost‑effective, high‑quality electrical parts meeting requirements.
• Select and specify components, verify suitability, and collaborate with suppliers.
• Evaluate risks, justify component choices, address obsolescence, provide solutions.
