Job summary

RTX in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking an experienced engineer to support PCB manufacturing and circuit card assembly. You will engage with Integrated Product Teams, influence design processes, and help drive prototypes through readiness reviews.

Requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, plus IPC/MIL knowledge and a security clearance. On-site only opportunity with relocation assistance possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics required.
• Experience with PCB manufacturing and circuit card assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC and MIL specifications and design guides beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IPTs for input to design processes including materials, layout, and component placement.
• Create development schedules and ensure timely participation ofMechanical Engineering, ECAD, Parts Engineering, Planners and Suppliers.
• Support prototype development, Producibility Engineering, and Gate Reviews; identify PCB/CCA supplier partners.
