Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an onsite technician to perform soldering, hardware installation, and post-coating tasks after training. You will inspect your work to ensure it meets engineering and workmanship standards, and operate to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include complying with EH&S rules, participating in audits and improvement plans, and maintaining a clean workspace while reporting progress to a supervisor. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (US) or vocational/technical training in related discipline.
• US citizenship required for access to program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Soldering and hardware installation activities after training/certification.
• Inspect own work to ensure quality and conformance to specs.
• Meet productivity and deadline targets while following EH&S and company rules.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspace and report progress to supervisor.
