RTX’s Collins Aerospace unit in Bellevue, WA seeks an onsite manufacturing technician. The role involves soldering, hardware installation, and post-coating tasks following training. You will inspect your work to meet engineering standards, adhere to safety rules, and participate in cost-reduction and continuous improvement efforts.

Training and development are emphasized. U.S. Citizenship is required for access to information on this program.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
• U.S. Citizenship required for access to program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Soldering, hardware installation, post coating performed after proper training/certification.
• Inspect own work under supervision to ensure quality and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Meet productivity expectations to satisfy customer deadlines.
• Comply with Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, Quality and attendance policies.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives and audits.
• Acquire required skills/certifications and complete trainings as needed.
• Maintain materials, equipment and work area in a clean, orderly condition.
• Report progress to lead or supervisor; complete assigned tasks within scope to develop skills.
