Job summary

RTX is seeking an assembler for its Collins Aerospace operations in the Phoenix area. You will assemble electronic units, identify correct parts, and perform a range of assembly tasks across multiple areas.

You will monitor quality, maintain production records, and participate in final testing as part of a dynamic manufacturing team. Domestic candidates with HS diploma and 1 year of relevant experience, and aerospace familiarity, are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with electronic assembly
• Experience in the aerospace industry

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic units and identify correct parts/materials.
• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on component parts, sub-assemblies or completed units across multiple areas.
• Monitor the quality of output and discard or remanufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for manufacturing performance analysis.
• Perform final tests; will train on other shifts and transition accordingly.
