Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an assembler to join the Phoenix, AZ site. You will assemble electronic units, verify parts, and support production across multiple areas. The role includes strict quality checks, record-keeping, and participation in final testing as required.

Training on 1st/2nd shifts precedes a 3rd shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 10pm–6:30am). The position requires 1 year of relevant experience with electronic assembly and familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with electronic assembly.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic units and identify correct parts/materials.
• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations across multiple areas.
• Monitor output quality and discard or re‑manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for performance analysis.
• Perform final tests as needed.
• 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6:30am; training on 1st/2nd shift for up to 3 months.
