RTX’s Collins Aerospace site in Phoenix seeks a skilled assembly technician for a 2nd shift role. You will assemble electronic units, identify components, solder parts, and operate assembly machines while reading engineering prints and manuals.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. The position includes training and potential weekend support, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a generous vacation policy.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience, or 4 years without a HS Diploma/GED.
• Able to work 2nd shift hours.
• IPC Class III Solder Exam preferred and beneficial.
• Experience in aerospace assembly preferred.

Mansioni

• Assemble electronic units using prescribed techniques.
• Identify parts, wires, and materials.
• Solder components and use hand tools.
• Operate assembly machines.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and engineering prints.
• Communicate work status to team and support staff.
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:30–10:30 pm; Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00–4:30.
