Job summary
GE Aerospace in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Maintenance Technician to support aerospace manufacturing operations focused on instrumentation, controls, and equipment reliability. You will calibrate instrumentation, troubleshoot process devices, and maintain electrical systems across production lines.
The role requires five years in industrial E&I maintenance, strong reading of schematics and P&IDs, and solid English communication.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Technical Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial E&I maintenance experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and calibration parameters.
- Excellent English communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Maintain electrical systems, instrumentation, and control loops for production equipment.
- Calibrate/process instrumentation and troubleshoot devices.
- Read schematics, P&IDs, and PLC I/O lists.
- Document maintenance work and safety procedures.
- Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
