Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Maintenance Technician to support safe and reliable manufacturing operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, completing repairs, and assisting with installation and modification of machinery.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills; you will read manuals/schematics, document work, and work with production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Maintenance training preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and analytic knowledge.
• Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with the Maintenance Supervisor and production leadership.
• Install, set up, modify, test, and support startup of new or existing machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, parts used, and other maintenance activities.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout.
