Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree in Electronic Technologies with 2 years relevant experience, or 5 years in manufacturing with electro‑mechanical/electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and calibrate electro‑mechanical and electronic equipment, including precision test instruments and high‑voltage systems (up to 40 kV+).
• Program, operate and support oven controllers, PLCs and other electronic controllers used in production and ATP testing.
• Fabricate and install custom test fixtures and in‑house equipment; set up and use drill presses, band saws, grinders and hand tools.
• Create and interpret sketches, schematics, blueprints and equipment specifications to document modifications and custom builds.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate with vendors for services and repairs.
• Support cross‑functional teams and assist engineers with equipment overhauls and selections.
• Work flexible/extended hours to support production demands.
