Job summary

Ducommun, Inc. in Huntsville, AR seeks a Document Control Admin to create, update and maintain production, test, quality and shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.

You will support engineering, production and QA, manage change requests (DANs), build Bills of Materials in PLM, and update process sheets, wire lists, routers in Baan, while staying organized and meeting all departmental deadlines.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office skills including email, Word and Excel.
• Able to learn Adobe, PLM, Baan and Fox-Pro.
• Ability to understand customer drawings and requirements.
• High accuracy in work and strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• General data entry and organization of tasks.
• Create Bills of Materials in PLM.
• Create/Update documents in PLM (Process Sheets, Wire List, Tubing List, Torque List, As Built List).
• Create/Update Routers in Baan and issue routers with accurate revisions.
• Update internal documents per customer, production, engineering and QA requests.
• Verify changes align with customer documentation for correct build.
• Raise missing documentation calls per requirements and manage DANs.
• Maintain project files and schedules and assist Engineers as needed.
• Interact with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
