Job summary

Aircraft Technology, Inc., a HEICO subsidiary, seeks a Dimensional Inspector to confirm airworthiness by inspecting turbine engine components. You will verify work by ATI and subcontractors against OEM standards, using calipers, micrometers, borescopes, and comparators while documenting findings and reports.

Strong attention to detail and communication are essential, with FAA Repair Station experience preferred and collaboration with engineering on new procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related inspection experience.
• FAA Repair Station experience preferred.
• Experience with gages and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, borescopes).
• Basic computer skills and documentation of findings.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect turbine engine components for wear and damage.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, and gages.
• Determine serviceability, reparability, and overhauled condition.
• Interpret OEM manuals for continued airworthiness and record findings.
• Document inspection results and report locations, sizes, and parameters.
• Collaborate with engineering on procedures and repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
