Job summary

Aircraft Technology, Inc. (ATI), a HEICO subsidiary, seeks a Dimensional Inspector to inspect aerospace and gas turbine engine components for airworthiness and conformance to OEM standards during receiving, in-process, and final inspections.

This role verifies ATI and subcontractor workmanship to meet FAA and world regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate has strong measurement skills, familiarity with calipers, micrometers, surface gauges, and borescopes, and the ability to document findings

Qualifications

• Inspect aerospace components for wear, corrosion, and damage per OEM standards.
• Verify conformance to FAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Document inspection results accurately and clearly.
• Interpret OEM manuals and continued airworthiness instructions.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect turbine engine components for wear, damage, and serviceability.
• Measure sizes with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Report findings and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Collaborate with Engineering on new inspection procedures.
