Job summary

Sopra Steria Aeroline seeks a dynamic Project Manager to drive digital transformation of clients’ IT environments, coordinating end-to-end deployments across Agile, SAFe and Waterfall.

The role aligns business objectives with scope, quality, and delivery timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring platform readiness, and leading EIS readiness and CutOver planning for successful aerospace deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in release management within large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Agile or SAFe certification preferred; PMP or ITIL are a plus.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in release planning and ensuring platform readiness across delivery cycles.
• Fluent in English (required); French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-stream deliveries by aligning timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage and adapt delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall) to project needs.
• Define and synchronize business releases with calendars, milestones, and communication plans.
• Serve as the primary interface with client IM teams for platform readiness alignment.
• Lead EIS readiness and CutOver planning, overseeing risk and contingency strategies.
• Implement formal validation processes to meet quality, compliance, and stakeholder expectations.
