Job summary

Sopra Steria Aeroline seeks a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in an Agile setting, focusing on shopfloor/manufacturing applications for the aerospace sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

The ideal candidate has BA experience in software development, strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, and proficiency with Jira and AzureDevOps. English required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• Business Analyst experience within a software development team
• Experience with shopfloor/manufacturing applications
• Experience with Agile management tools (Jira) and AzureDevOps
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, computer science, or related field
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes in aerospace
• Strong adaptability, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of digital technologies in the aerospace sector
• Understanding of aerospace regulations, standards, and best practices

Responsibilities

• Business needs analysis and workshop facilitation
• Ability to discuss with shopfloor people to understand specific requirements
• Definition and scoping of user needs and User Stories
• Writing functional specifications and consolidating existing functional specifications
• Writing test plans and participating in IT test execution
• Support for business testing
• Participation in continuous improvement
• Quality control of deliverables and their level of quality
