Job summary

RTX in McKinney TX (onsite) or El Segundo CA is seeking a DFX Lead to drive New Product Introduction across the APS portfolio. You will define NPI requirements and guide programs from development through production and sustainment, ensuring manufacturability and cost goals are met.

This role requires establishing DFX capabilities (DTUPC, DFMA, DFMT, DFS) and leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience leading production programs as IPT Lead or similar.
• Active and transferable DoD SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration & execution of New Product Introductions across the APS portfolio.
• Define and prioritize NPI requirements in the program baselines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality to transition designs to production.
• Champion design for excellence capabilities and manufacturing cost reduction.
• Travel up to 25% to support SBU & Raytheon programs.
