Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks and CAD applications.
• Familiar with IPC/ISO standards and design for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Provide Manufacturing \"Design for X\" (DFX) through the NPI process at part and assembly levels.
• Define assembly manufacturing process specifications and designs.
• Create and manage work instructions and quality checklists for prototypes.
• Improve equipment ergonomics and safety in production.
• Develop manufacturing process strategy for outsourced and in-house products.
• Assess capital equipment investments for processes.
• Plan capacity and determine facility layouts for efficient workflow.
• Review drawings and BOM structures with Engineering.
