Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years in an aerospace design/manufacturing environment.
• SolidWorks (or similar), GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, blueprint reading, basic machining/assembly/test knowledge.
• Familiarity with PLM (Enovia, TeamCenter, or Windchill) and standards such as AS9100, DO-160, MIL-STD-810.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical, fuel, pneumatic, and hydraulic components (valves, filters, manifolds) and electrically actuated/energetic CAD/PAD devices.
• Create detailed CAD models, drawings, specifications, and part lists.
• Perform initial structural, thermal, and fluid analyses; support qualification testing, failure analysis, and RCCA.
• Author aerospace-standard documentation aligned to customer CDRL needs.
• Work with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers from concept through early production; support design reviews and issue resolution.
