Job summary

PTI Technologies Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer I to support the design and development of aerospace components and subsystems.

You will move concepts through qualification and into early production under supervision, building solid engineering fundamentals while meeting safety and quality expectations. Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years in an aerospace design/manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, CAD drawing creation, basic GD&T, tolerance stacks, and basic stress/FEA.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical, fuel, pneumatic, and hydraulic components and support CAD/PAD devices.
• Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and specifications using CAD tools.
• Perform initial structural, thermal, and fluids assessments; support qualification testing and root-cause investigations.
