Job summary

Insitu in Bingen, WA is seeking a Trade Show & Events Specialist to plan and execute defense and aerospace trade shows, internal company events, and all-hands meetings. You will partner with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets, schedules, and on-site coordination, and ensure attendee experiences that showcase our work.

Domestic/international travel up to 40% is required, with a hybrid on-site model preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in event planning or trade show coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6–9 years of related professional experience, or a master’s with 4–7 years; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics for exhibits and event assets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute company trade shows and internal events, including all-hands meetings.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to define objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate on-site events as primary point of contact, managing schedules and attendee experience.
• Ensure compliance, inventory, and post-event reporting to improve future events.
