Job summary

NSN Solutions, based in Broadview Heights, OH, is seeking a Supplier Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will serve as the primary contact for aerospace and defense accounts, coordinating RFQs, purchase orders, and customer inquiries with a focus on competitive pricing and lead-time accuracy.

In this role spanning Customer Operations, Account Management, and Vendor Relations, you will negotiate with vendors, monitor progress, and ensure flawless execution on high-priority requests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or customer service within aerospace/defense industries.
• U.S. Person required due to ITAR/EAR compliance for defense articles handling.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with vendor and customer base.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main customer service and sales contact for assigned aerospace and defense accounts.
• Receive, log, and process RFQs, purchase orders, and customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive communication and timely updates.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and demand anticipation.
• Interface with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and ensure timely delivery.
