Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with programming languages including C++, C#, Java, Python, or C.
• Experience with IDEs, source control systems, and software development tools.
• Experience developing and executing software test plans and test procedures.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain software applications for aerospace/defense systems.
• Research and apply software engineering principles and mathematical analysis for innovative solutions.
• Analyze requirements and specifications to ensure feasible, cost-effective designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers to define software architecture and interfaces.
• Develop embedded, desktop, web-based, or system-level software as required.
• Create and maintain software documentation and test procedures.
• Support software integration, validation, verification, and customer acceptance testing.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous process improvement.
