P-1 AI is building an aerospace & defense business with a heavy emphasis on AI-enabled engineering. You will own the end-to-end P&L for this new vertical and lead go-to-market, partnerships, and product strategy in a regulated defense context.

You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership to shape the strategic roadmap, while delivering rapid growth and building scalable processes and teams. Role supports remote work within the United States.

Formación

• Own P&L for a business unit or major program.
• Take products or books of business from 0→1 (0→10) and create momentum.
• Negotiate and close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Engage credibly with engineers, operators, executives, and government customers.
• Build and maintain senior relationships across defense primes, government bodies, or partners.
• Fluent in modern AI with broad AI ecosystem relationships.
• Move with urgency, autonomy, and bias toward action.
• Eligible for a US government security clearance; existing clearance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build expansion strategy for aerospace & defense, including customer acquisition and partnerships.
• Own P&L for aerospace & defense, including revenue targets, budgeting, and operations.
• Cultivate relationships with engineering leaders, program managers, and government customers.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and data access.
• Translate real-world engineering problems into product requirements for Archie.
• Stand up defense-compliant operations (ITAR, NISPOM, security requirements).
• Build foundations of P-1 Defense, including team structure and workflows as the business scales.
